- Megan Johnson Added February 04, 2024★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I went here yesterday 17/01/2024 and had eyebrow shaping and upper lip wax service. I woke up this morning 18/01/2024 with a very swollen eyelid. I ended up going to the Urgent Care Centre at Marion Domain and they diagnosed me with periorbital cellulitis from the waxing. I then had to get antibiotics and prednisolone to treat this. So this has ended up being a very expensive waxing experience. I went in to let them know that I got this from the salon and was told that the tools they use are clean because they are put in an alcohol solution and wiped after every use. They said they will make sure it is clean from now on. I didn't get a refund but instead was given an appointment card with free eyebrow waxing written on it. The middle photo is of the non swollen eye so you can see the difference.
